New Volunteer Database for Islands Folk Festival

The Digital Orchard is proud to have been given the opportunity to work with the Cowichan Folk Guild and build a brand new Volunteer Database for their annual Islands Folk Festival. This new database replaces a former database that the owner of The Digital Orchard, Ted Wood, first built for the Festival back in 2000. We were amazed to learn that they've continued using this original database over the past 13 years! It was time to upgrade them to the latest and greatest new technologies developed by our company over the past many years, and we accomplished this rebuild in just one week! That's a testament to our powerful and capable database technology and rapid application development process.

We look forward to the Islands Folk Festival using their new volunteer database for many years to come.
